This is a popular quote that a lot of people either like or dislike. Some people like this while others don’t. But what is important is that it’s a good reminder to always be aware of our thoughts, actions, and emotions.
In a way, we’re stuck in a loop of sorts. We all have a few “fears” or “worries” in life. These are not bad things. They are just things that we usually go through in life and when we’re on autopilot, we miss them. The only way we can start to change our patterns and avoid them is by consciously noticing and acknowledging them.
While we can’t always change our lives, we can always change our minds. And by consciously noticing and acknowledging our fears, we can start to change our lives. By recognizing those concerns, our minds can start to open up and let us know what it is we’re afraid of. It’s like a light bulb, only we’re not attached to a bulb. We’re just stuck in a loop of sorts.

Again, this is very good advice. If someone can come to you and ask for help, chances are you can come to them and ask for help. But do not ask for help when you are scared, or you might end up doing something stupid. The opposite is also true, you should not be asking for help when you are scared. Because you will end up doing something dumb.

However, you should not do this when you are scared, because that will end up doing something stupid. We often hear some other advice, “You can help someone who is in trouble, but you can’t help them if they are in trouble.
