The warning in german is that I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to eat the food if it’s not freshly made, nor have the ingredients in the ingredients list. I’m not sure if I have enough knowledge to make a good recommendation.

I’ve been eating the food for over a year now and its pretty good. It’s not the kind of food I would usually say “not for me” but, Ive had it for a long time and I enjoy it. I’ve also never been able to make a good recommendation on the ingredients list.
I think you need to experiment and see what you like.I mean, I get that it would be a lot of work to go to the doctor and ask for a prescription, but you could start there and see what works for you.The first time I ate the food it was pretty good but not as good as it is now. I think if I was getting the food from a store I would recommend fresh, organic, and seasonal.
And that’s my recommendation.
My recommendation is to get the food from a grocery store where they cook it with fresh ingredients rather than using canned food. That way you’ll know if it was processed and how it was made.
I’m going to take this opportunity to warn about the fact that the food in your grocery store is full of preservatives. I mean I was there last week and at the checkout line my shopping cart was filled with products that listed preservatives as “free” or “100 % organic.” So I was very surprised that this was allowed to be sold to us without my knowledge or consent.
We were also shocked to learn that the ingredients in the products are often GMO, although the company that makes the food might not have known to be so. I mean for all we know they’re just genetically modifying the food to make it more tasty to us.
