I have been hooked to Google’s vodafone Idea app for a long time. It has been an indispensable tool for me when I need to make a call or send an email to my friend or my family who live far away (I am the only one with a vodafone Idea).

I’m not sure exactly what you mean by “vodafone idea subscribers” but I guess I can’t help but go watch the video below, it’s not only useful but also fun since it also has a feature to make getting in touch with your friends online and email newsletters pretty easy.

The vodafone Idea app was first introduced in April 2013, after the first two years of the iPhone’s development life span, and it became much more popular in the last year.

I believe the app is still in the pilot stage so it’s not likely to go anywhere. However, one thing that was very successful in the iPhone app and that we hear about from our customers is the ability to make phone calls from the app. We think this is a great feature for all customers and it can be done with the vodafone Idea app. That’s what we’re working on at the moment and we will share more news on that soon.

So how do you make a good call from the app? Well, it’s actually pretty simple. You simply press the phone icon and pick up the phone call option. Then you say something like “hi, I’m calling from the app” and then you put it on speakerphone. When you pick up your phone, you can see what your calling partner has been saying as a screen shot, and then you can answer your call.

Of course the app is only available on vodafone’s network so you’d probably need to change your network for the service you are calling from, but it does work for the majority of people who use the app. There are some people who use the app from multiple networks, so that will be a difficult decision to make. The app was not tested in the USA and there is no guarantee that these words on the app screen will be understood.

You should only call from the UK. vodafone in the UK is a different network from vodafone in the USA. vodafone in the UK is a separate network. The UK network is also not as easy to use as the USA one, so you are advised to use the USA one if you want to call from the UK.

The UK network is also referred to as the EE network, which is actually the same network as the USA network.
