Like many things in life, it’s almost like we are addicted to autopilot. It’s almost like we can’t turn off autopilot when we’re in autopilot.

With the autopilot in place, it makes it difficult to get to that thing we need to do and you can’t even get to it because youre on autopilot for so long youre not even trying.
