I am not a big fan of stepping on my feet. I enjoy standing on the edge of my seat and taking in all the sights and scents. It’s just not natural with my legs that have been planted firmly on the ground for a very long time. I like to stand up and move around a lot, but I don’t like to jump around too much.
If you find yourself on the ground for long periods of time, it is natural for your lower body to feel like it is not flexible. This is because your body is working on trying to keep you on your feet, but your legs are not strong enough to do so. This is one of the reasons why it is very hard for everyone to move around without some form of support.
This is why you need to get some sort of support. Although this is not just a problem for the elderly, it is very common for people of any age who find themselves on the ground for long periods of time. The problem is that this is not good for your lower body. It is a major cause of back pain. It is common to see people suffering from this. But you don’t have to accept it.
One of the ways to get around this is to try to do activities which you would normally take a wrong turn for. For instance, if you step off the deck of your boat into a hole in the ground, do you really think you would need to get back on the boat? Of course not. But you can learn to do it, and you can learn to trust that you will not need to.
