That’s the one I’ve seen, but if you want to get fancy, you can also use coconut flour and fry it in a pan, and add the coconut pieces on top. But coconut flour is really just flour with coconut in it, so its not so easy to get fancy.
The reason why I mentioned coconut flour is because I have a friend who is always complaining that she cannot make anything with coconut. And while I have to say that if she ever uses coconut flour that it might change her mind, I agree with her that it is much more than just a flour that is mostly coconut. So it is worth experimenting with, I think.
