A shubh is a Hindi vegetable, and this one is a combination of several vegetables that come from the same family. It is quite different from a chana, which is a type of bajra, which is a type of lentil. In fact, the word bajra and the word lentil come from the same root word, “baj”.
The word baj is derived from the word “bish”, which means a lentil (or bajra) as well as a vegetable. So baj means both a lentil and a vegetable. Bajra (baj means a lentil) is the other name for it.
You’re probably thinking, “what the heck is bajra?” The baj means lentil, but it also means a vegetable. It’s pretty common to see bajra called a vegetable, too.
lentils and bajra are both varieties of bajra. In fact, the word bajra is the same as the word lentil, and the word bajra is derived from the word baj.
Shubh Labh is the Indian dish where lentils and vegetables are cooked in a gravy with a small amount of ghee, which is a clarified butter. You can think of it as a type of Indian curry where you use a lot of ghee. I have no idea how to describe it, so I can’t really say much about it. I’ll tell you guys though, its a dish I have been making for a while now and I really enjoy it.
Shubh Labh has become quite fashionable, and you can get it in restaurants, but it is best to order it from a home-cooked recipe.
You’ll need to cook your lentils with ghee, and it can be tricky to get the right consistency. If you don’t cook it with the right consistency, it will taste mushy and there wont be much flavour left. To get the right consistency, you can either soak the lentils in water overnight or boil them for 10 minutes.
But if you do make it, it is worth it. The taste and texture of this dish is divine and makes you wish you had the time to cook it. Try it, you wont be disappointed.
As I have said before, I love to cook, but I also enjoy making food as well. I have a bit of a cooking fetish, so I really like to be able to cook something and enjoy it. This is no exception. So how do you cook lentils? Well first you have to soak them overnight. Add the lentils to a pot, and cover with water. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Now you can cook them as usual, but add a handful of salt. Stir them around, then add a chopped onion and 2 or 3 sliced green chilli peppers. Cook until the lentils start to soften and the water is absorbed, then add the turmeric, salt, and pepper and stir.
