I have been to Sihir ludhiyanvi’s house because I’m a realist and this is my first time. I know that the concept of self-awareness is quite good in and of itself, but it does take a lot of thinking when you’re thinking about your new home. After everything else has happened, I’m here to tell you that it’s good to have self-awareness.
If you have self-awareness, you can actually take care of yourself by yourself. But I have to admit that in the context of a house that is newly constructed, knowing that you have self-awareness can also help other people. I have a friend who’s built her house and its been a long, long time since she’s been able to tell her friends she knows how to build a house.
One of the many benefits of self-awareness is that it can help you when you’re dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health issues. For example, even when you’re on autopilot, you can still exercise self-awareness, by remembering what is going on with you now.
You can also take a little self-awareness when youre dealing with your own health in relation to other people. I have a friend whose health has been suffering lately, which is not good for her. She was just diagnosed with having Parkinson’s Disease, which has also affected relationships in the past. One of the things that helps me when my friend is having a hard time is reminding her that she is a human being who has to exercise self-awareness.
This is one of the most common reasons that health problems (Parkinsons, for instance) are treated with anti-depressants or other pharmaceuticals. A common way to encourage self-awareness is to remind yourself of your physical limitations. I know it’s tough for me to do this, but I always try to remind myself that I can’t run 10 laps in under 10 seconds, or walk up stairs with my arms up.
My friend who is suffering from Parkinsons, also has a tendency to remember too much about his life that happened before the onset of the disease. He often rewrites his past to include his Parkinsons diagnosis and all the pain and suffering it caused him. He thinks the disease is all that matters when his life is over and he feels as though he has wasted his life because he could have been something better.
He’s not wrong. Life is about living, and a person’s life is the sum of their life experiences. They can’t just live life for the sake of living or they have no value to life (the goal of life). Life and people are not one and the same. To think otherwise is to forget to live life to the fullest.
Life is not a story full of beautiful moments but a story full of pain and suffering. If a person is to live life to the fullest they must learn to deal with everything that comes along with it. This includes death and dying. A person with little self-awareness learns to deal with death. A person with self-awareness finds that life is a series of things that are painful in their own way and that they have to deal with them.
I mean, it’s not that I don’t want to learn everything from a person who believes in death. I don’t know how to learn how to deal with the pain. I know that death is nothing more than life, but I don’t know how to deal with pain.
