The fact is that I don’t know enough about psychology to write a blog post about it. But here’s a thing that happens to me every day. I wake up and I am just like, “This is gonna be awesome!” I get myself ready, and then I see the people I see, and I feel the anticipation building.
The feeling you get a day before a big day never goes away. It’s hard to describe, but it’s like the thrill of anticipation, and the thrill of the anticipation is what makes you want to try out something new. It’s like you’re on a roller coaster. Sometimes you can’t wait to get on the roller coaster, and you also know you can’t wait to get off.
In rahul gandhi’s case, the anticipation wasnt so much in getting ready, but in the anticipation of the anticipation. But the anticipation of the anticipation is the same feeling that comes with a good workout. You know youre going to work out, but you dont know how much youre going to work out. Its just a natural process.
The good news is that you can work out in the gym youre actually working out at. The bad news is that you cant work out at the gym unless you can wear the rahul gandhis. But you can work out at the bar when youre waiting for others to get there. The good news is that you can work out whenever you want to, but the bad news is that you cant work out whenever you want to.

So I got into the gym and was doing a couple exercises. The first one was a front squat with a barbell and a dumbbell. I got to about three-quarters of the way up, and I realized I was not doing it right. I was using the dumbbell as a shock-absorber instead of a resistance. I was doing this for about two minutes before I finally realized that I was doing it wrong.
