For me, writing this is a way to document the day. It’s a way to capture the essence of a day. It’s a way to give my children a glimpse into the day. I hope it’s a way to help me feel less scattered, a way to focus on one thing at a time, and a way to look at the world and myself in a fresh way.

When I was in the middle of writing this entry, I had a dream about writing about writing. I had been doing it for a few years, but a dream gave me a reason to write about it.

Writing is a form of meditation. You sit down, and you can ask the most fundamental questions about life, death, and everything in between. Like any form of meditation, it has its own set of benefits and drawbacks. But what makes a good writing practice is that a good writer is one who finds a way to think about the questions that are in the minds of others and tries to work out what they are trying to do.

So writing is like meditation. There are benefits and drawbacks, but what makes a good writing practice is one that helps you to think through something that is not in your own head, but in the minds of others. And in this case, that something is a question in the minds of others. When I’m sitting here writing the questions in my mind, I am not trying to think up crazy answers.

Writing is a way to write down a question you are interested in, but don’t know the answer to. What this means is that your writing should be more like a conversation than a text. When you write, you are trying to convey to the other person what you are thinking and feeling. So you’re trying to get out the best possible communication you can possibly get.

What I like about this question is that it is not “what the hell” but it is a question you would ask if you were not in a hurry. If you do not know the answer to the question, you have to go back and find it. You should be able to come back to this question over and over again because you are continually working on your writing.
