oscar fernandes is the author of a new book, The Art of Self-Awareness, and a TEDx talk on self-awareness. On the show, he discussed the importance of self-awareness and the need to step back from our own thinking and opinions. He explains that self-awareness is critical and that we don’t know what to do with our thoughts and feelings.

The book is an excellent introduction to self-awareness, and the talk is a great introduction to the idea that there are more ways to be self-aware than just sitting around and thinking about our thoughts and feelings. oscar explains that there are actually more ways to be self-aware than just sitting around and thinking about ourselves. We can stop and ask ourselves a variety of questions, examine our own thoughts and feelings, and make them our own.

Self-awareness is one of the things that gives us the best chance for success in life. For instance, if you notice that you feel angry, you’ll probably want to do something about it, but if you realize that you’re feeling angry, you won’t feel like doing something about it. If you feel sad, you might want to do something about it, but if you realize that you’re feeling sad, you won’t feel like doing something about it.

This video from TED talks by Oscar Fernando was a recent favorite. It was a presentation that showed that by making our thoughts and feelings our true and authentic self, and using them as our own, we can really improve on the things we focus on most in life.

Again, you shouldn’t feel anger or sadness. But you can practice letting go of those feelings, not holding them up as a standard and then seeing that they’re just what they are. A lot of people focus on anger or sadness, but when the anger or sadness leaves you, the next morning the next day you’re back to the same old you that you had the day before.

We all have our own reasons for feeling anger or sadness and many of us can learn to let go of that. If you don’t, youll be left with a feeling of constant sadness, anger, and sadness. You’ll never be able to do anything that you want to do.

The negative emotions of others are still there, and when you’re angry, you feel so guilty, you’ll be trying to do something that you will never get done or ever want to do, so it’s time to let go of that.
