In this episode of THE JOURNEYMAN, I talk about how to get through a long day at work and avoid falling into unhealthy, dangerous habits. I discuss how to make a conscious effort to exercise, eat healthy, and stay active.
I talked about this on a podcast several years ago, and my son and I have just recently started talking about it again. I think it’s important to understand what your habits are and what they’ll cost you in the long run. I also want to say that I think it’s important to keep your diet and exercise habits as simple as possible, and to try to focus on the big picture.
Here’s the best piece of advice I can give you.
It’s a lot easier to eat healthy when you have a healthy body. It makes sense that we should all strive to keep our weight in check, but I think people can get a little lazy and just want to eat whatever they want, to eat what they feel like eating, without doing their research on what’s good for them. Eat what you feel like.
I think people need to be careful when they exercise. You know, for instance, if you play poker, you could have a heart attack and end up dying.
I think it’s important to get your heart rate up, and when you exercise, you should also do it with intensity. You should really listen to what your body wants to do, and focus on doing it as hard as you are. If you want to lose weight, I recommend getting a trainer that can guide you through your workouts.
And if you want to improve your poker face, maybe you should start by playing online. I mean, poker is the kind of thing that you can start with relatively little money, and since you play it online, you can play at your own pace. Plus, its a very social game, and just playing with other people can help improve your poker face.
I think that with online poker, you can’t just play the game the way you play it when you’re with friends. You have to play at a different level. The internet is like a casino, but you don’t see the payouts. With online poker, you get the chance to play a little less but still play as much as you want. And the payouts just keep growing as the amount of money you play goes up.
So now that we’ve talked about the social aspects of online poker, we’ll talk about online poker strategy and the game itself. There are two types of poker: Texas Hold’em and Omaha. The basic strategy for both is to bet the amount you think you’re going to win. If you win, you keep your losing bets. If you lose, you keep your winning ones.
