Self-awareness is like a microscope. It helps you see the body and your thoughts and feelings in ways that can only be seen in a microscope. While you can’t see a person’s thoughts and feelings in a mirror, you can view them in a microscope and learn a lot about them. A lot of people can’t do that, but it is possible for everyone to become self-aware.

The process of becoming self-aware starts with you becoming aware of how you think. This is very similar to the process of becoming aware of your physical body and your thoughts and emotions. You need to see that it helps you become aware of how you are feeling.

The process itself is not difficult, but the effects are. For example, if I think of myself as a video game character, then I am still playing a video game, but I am aware of my body and what I am doing. I will often find myself doing things that I should not be doing, like walking into a wall without thinking.

Like the video game character I mentioned above, there is a sense of “I am.” There’s a feeling of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual freedom.

There is a sense that you are. This feeling of independence is a very good thing. When we are fully aware of our thoughts, feelings, and actions, we are able to make better choices. We can better control our emotions, our actions, and our interactions with others. One of the main reasons that so many people have a difficult time making good decisions is that they are not fully aware that their actions affect others.

This is why being aware of one’s thoughts and feelings is an important part of life. Not only is it important to be aware of the effects of our thoughts and feelings but also to be aware of how the effects of our thoughts and feelings affect others. The most obvious example of this is with social anxiety, but we can also think about the effects of our thoughts and feelings on our health, our relationships, our community, and our nation.

The reason I bring up social anxiety is because I was fortunate enough to have one of the very first people in the world to ever experience it, the founder of the Self-Empowerment Movement, a man named Dr. Martin Seligman. When I first met Seligman, we had a conversation about how social anxiety and depression overlap, and Seligman explained that we tend to suffer from both.
