latest news on appointment of high court judges

The Supreme Court of the United States has appointed two new justices, and the Senate has also moved to confirm the remainder of a record nine judges. While the names and qualifications of the judges are still being determined, we can already tell that the justices are in, and that the Senate is on track to confirm the remainder of the judges.

This is great because it allows for the Supreme Court to be more responsive to the needs of the people. The idea that the Senate gives approval to new judges based on a simple majority vote is not just a theory. This is the very model the Supreme Court has used in decades past even as judges have turned into political figures and have become part of the political process in many states.

That model can be a bit shaky when there are so many votes required to make a decision, especially when it comes to the Supreme Court. But there are some things that should be very clear about the Senate’s role in the confirmation of judges. The first of these is that the Senate does not have the sole role of confirming Supreme Court nominees.

Senator Ted Cruz has announced he is going to be introducing a bill to change this. I have no idea what that bill would be, but it would essentially eliminate the Senate’s role in confirming Supreme Court nominees. Instead, Supreme Court nominees would be confirmed by the House of Representatives, with a majority of the Senators having to vote for confirmation. Basically, Senators would only be able to vote for a nominee if the Senate was really, really evenly divided.

I guess a nominee had to be confirmed by a majority of the Senate before she or he could take office. It would also change the process by which someone might be appointed to a federal judicial post. While the Senate Judiciary Committee has to vote to confirm a nominee, the Senate would only be able to vote to confirm a nominee if the Senate was really, really evenly divided.

It means that the Senate has to be evenly divided in order for a nominee to be confirmed (so even if a nominee wasn’t going to be confirmed, it wouldn’t be as obvious that you couldn’t do that). The Senate would have to be really, really evenly divided in order for a nominee to be confirmed. As a result, it would be very difficult for the Senate to confirm a lot of controversial nominees.

The senators are not really going to be able to confirm all the controversial nominees, that would just be impossible in a senate that was evenly divided, so we would need to have a very large enough senate that was evenly divided so that it would be very difficult to even try this.

You could, however, simply ignore the Senate and let the president pick his own judges. This would be really easy because the president would not be able to pick his own judges. The president would just have to pick the judge the Senate wanted to confirm, and the Senate would have to be very, very evenly divided in order to even try this. But there would be a major problem with this as well.

The system would be extremely difficult to administer, and because of the way the Senate is divided, each senator would need to vote on every single judge. A senator who wants to approve a judge is going to have to convince the other senators to vote for that judge. Because of this, the Senate could be very, very, very evenly divided. In fact, a senator who wanted to oppose a judge would have to convince the other senators to vote against that judge.

The reason is that if a senator is voting against a judge, the other senators have to vote against that judge. Because the senators are so evenly divided, a senator who is trying to block a judge is effectively voting against himself. This is why the way the Senate operates is so bad.
