The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.

The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.

This reminds me of the story of a man who went to the bathroom and found a duck in the urinal. He decided to put the duck in the urinal so he could be sure he couldn’t be sure he wouldn’t be caught. He stuck the duck in the urinal. The duck was wet because he left the urinal running. He was on autopilot for so long that he forgot he was on autopilot.

In the same way, we forget that we are on autopilot. Because when were not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them. So when we look at things like this duck, we look at them as if it is completely normal. It is normal, just like a duck in a urinal.

It is normal, just like a duck in a urinal. Or a girl in a skirt. Or our autopilot habits. The only difference is that we think we are normal. But the fact is that we are not normal. And if we are not aware of our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we are not controlling them. And we may never be able to control them as long as we are not aware of them.

We are not “normal”, we are not “normal”. We are not even “normal” by comparison to the rest of the world. Even if we were somehow “normal”, we wouldn’t even be able to control our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. By contrast, we control the rest of the world.

If a person is not aware of their habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then they are no longer in control of them. The person is in control of their habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. But if they are not aware of them, then they are not controlling them.

I think we’re all aware of the fact that when we are driving, we are not only driving at a speed through the red lights and on the right half of the road but also slowing down as we approach the next red light. But if we’re not aware of this, we are not controlling this.

The last thing you want is to get caught up in a moment of time when you feel like you’ve been caught up in a world of your own making, but when you feel like you haven’t, you’re not going to stop. You’re gonna have to wait for another moment to experience the same, but no more.
