Is Tech Making kidney pain after drinking water Better or Worse?

I’m not sure if it was just a mistake or someone else’s idea of what to do with, like, the kidney, but I got this on my left kidney and I can’t remember what happened there. I’ve been drinking water for a while now and drinking more at night than I usually do, and I’m not sure if I’m just not drinking enough when I do.
