It’s amazing how fast you can put together a meal once you have a few ingredients and a few pans of food. And once you have it, that’s all you need to keep going. Kashi’s kashi run is my favorite way to eat my meals while also keeping them healthy.
I think the kashi is the best thing ever made. But you really can keep it going more than once. The best part is you can mix up the ingredients and cook them in different ways. So you can make a super-healthy burger, or a super-healthy hot dog, or a super-healthy pizza, or a super-healthy vegetable curry, or a super-healthy pizza dough.
