The third level of self-awareness is the most important thing on our mind. The reason we have so many different levels of self-awareness is that we are able to think without thinking. Sometimes we think the same about ourselves every day, but sometimes we are thinking about things that have a similar level of self-awareness. If we think about ourselves, we can do so much more.
I am an accomplished yogi and I have been practicing for over 40 years. I have some of the highest levels of self-awareness because of that. I can have an immense sense of self-awareness, but I also have a lot of self-awareness that I wouldn’t have if I didn’t practice. Because of that, I am able to have a much wider range of abilities and be able to do things that I usually wouldn’t be able to do.
By practicing and cultivating the correct level of self-awareness, we can have a similar range of abilities that we could never have had alone. In fact, we would all die if we did not cultivate the proper level of self-awareness. That doesn’t mean it’s the end of the world, it just means we should work on it more often.
