My name is Karen Obilom. I have been writing for the last 20 years and have written for a number of print publications including: The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Atlanta Business First, Woman’s World, and the Huffington Post. I am a certified trainer of the New York City Marathon. I am also a certified public speaker and a certified personal trainer (CPT). I have written for various websites and blogs including www.karenobilom.com.
Karen is a self-described “self-help junkie” who is also a certified public speaker and CPT. She has also been a personal trainer for three years and has written for the Huffington Post, Atlanta Business First, and New York Magazine. I love to read about the latest health and wellness trends and am an avid runner.
Karen teaches us all what she does best: she gives us a free kick. Karen has been a certified personal trainer for three years and she’s also been a personal trainer for three years. She makes us all laugh by having us walk up to her and say, “That wasn’t really possible!” Karen is also a self-help junkie, meaning that she has years of knowledge about the topics that she teaches.
The thing that has to be mentioned is that people don’t buy it. My wife and I were on the road for 8 days with our kids on Saturday and the whole family was out on the road for the entire weekend and that was it. The kids were so excited we took the kids along and I asked for a ride. That was all. We ate popcorn and watched the movies and we had no idea what to do.
Karen is a certified life coach, so she has a lot of knowledge about how to help people. The problem is that this is usually on the back burner, because no matter how much she’s spent on it, the answer to the question “what should I do?” doesn’t really matter.
The real problem is that you have the right information. You have the right information to be able to tell the difference between the two, and you have what you want to hear. It’s a huge process, but you get the real question. You have the right information and you get the real question.
