Ini cet (in Indonesian) means ‘let’s admit’ or ‘let’s get it off our chests’. This is a way that we can admit that we have feelings that we normally would just brush aside or brush under the carpet. It doesn’t mean we have to let it in but rather that if we want to hear about it, we should tell someone.

This is a good point. If we want to hear about our feelings, we should probably tell someone. But we don’t all have the courage to do this. So a lot of us don’t do this. I can’t say I have very much in the way of ini cet in the way of confessions, but I know that I have done a lot of them.

One of the reasons I believe confession is such a useful tool is that it takes us out of our heads and lets us talk about things that are troubling us, and helps us deal with the feelings that are making us feel so much guilt. I think that having a good confession is the best way to learn how to make better life decisions.

It’s pretty common for people to get a lot of ini cet in the first couple of days of starting a new job, especially if they’re new to the corporate world or they’re just starting as a new employee. There are a lot of things that cause us to feel guilty and have a lot of ini cet in the first few days after starting, and we don’t have much confidence to start them.

Its all about how to stay on your toes. How to be a gamer. How to have a lot of fun. Its all about being smart.
