In other words, you’re creating a safe zone where your emotions can speak without fear of judgment. You want to create a space where what you feel is okay and what you express is okay.
So, when you feel hurt, don’t get angry, don’t blame your family or friends, don’t be afraid of hurting people. Instead, express your feelings in a way that is empowering, not destructive. When you feel scared, don’t run, walk, or fly. Instead, stay in your safe space, and show people you care about.
Another thing to note while working on your heart chakra is that you need to be okay with your emotions. It sounds crazy, but when you feel bad about something, whether it be your love or your fear, it takes a toll on your self-esteem. To help alleviate that, it’s important to know how to feel your emotions and express them in the right way.
You can either run, walk, or walk in your own path. If you want to be successful, you need to work hard, but you also don’t want to be left behind. If you want to be loved, you need to be loved in the right way.
Heart-centered meditation is a great way to work on your heart chakra, but you need to make sure you are not using it as a way to avoid feeling bad about your choices. You may feel bad about something you were doing, and as a result you may be unconsciously avoiding feeling the emotion that you should feel when you feel good about the situation.
Using heart centered meditation incorrectly can set you up for a lot of heartache. So many people just use heart centered meditation as a way to avoid feeling bad about their actions. However, it is often a bad idea to use heart centered meditation as a way to avoid feeling bad about your choices. Using it as a way to simply feel good about things is a mistake.

I have to say that I don’t believe in the benefits of heart centered meditation. I do believe that it is, however, one of the most helpful ways to start the heart meditator’s exercise program. I’m not saying that it is the most important one to learn, but I am saying that it is an easy way to start, and that is a very valuable thing to learn when you are trying to improve your health.
