It started with a tweet by the guy who looks like me, then grew to become a meme and finally grew to be an entire website. We are talking about the self-awareness of the self, the way we are able to see ourselves in the mirror. It’s a process that has been ongoing for us since we were first born.
The self-awareness of the self and of our abilities is one of the key factors in our ability to control our own behavior. The best way to get better at it is to practice. There are a few methods for practicing self-awareness, but the one that’s most useful is to sit in a quiet room and meditate. The best time to meditate is during the day, and the best time to meditate in is in the morning.
When you’re meditating, you are probably thinking about your own thoughts and actions. For example, maybe you would like to think about how you are being treated, and how you think you are being treated. If you have no idea what it is that you are doing, then you might think about that.
Or, you may think about how other people are treating you, or your own self-awareness or lack thereof. You might think about how those who are more similar to you are doing it. And then, you might think about why you think they are doing it.
You might think about what you can do about it. Or you might think about what you shouldn’t do about it.
I’ve noticed that you have a tendency to get what you want.
The problem is that sometimes you get what you want. This means that, if you want to be happy, you will be unhappy. So when you think about it, how do you know what you want? What would a happy life be like? How would you know it? We are all in some sort of “mind-set” that is shaped by our culture, the way we perceive ourselves, and the people and things around us.
