One of the things I like about the new hetia is that it makes me think of it as a good time to take it down a notch. Instead of putting it in a basket to eat when I’m having a party, it is my favorite part of the menu. Though it’s a little bit off-putting, it’s definitely a great meal.
The problem with hetia is that it takes forever to prepare. I can’t even begin to tell you how to make the rice, let alone how to cook it. This is why I keep eating it, and why I am so excited to see what other people are making.
Oh yeah, there is also a problem. Some of the rice is going to be a little too moist. What if you don’t have enough time to cook all your rice? Or what if you are in a hurry and the rice is already too moist because you cooked it too fast? That’s why I like to take it down a notch.
I actually prefer the way the rice is cooked because I like how the rice tastes a lot better. But it is good to know the time it takes is not going to be a problem. There is a lot of prep work involved and the rice will probably be extra salty.
