Happy mothers day 2017 was a day I spent celebrating all my female friends on my birthday. A day that made me feel a bit more included and empowered and also a day that I didn’t feel the need to hide who I am from my friends and family and just let go.

I know its rare for women to publicly celebrate a day that they’ve had years of being alone and getting older and having babies, but I felt as a mother I had to do something, so I went and bought myself a cute little flower.

This isn’t just a random flower, this flower is actually a bit of a ‘thing’ that I made in the first half of 2017. So much so that I made it into a gif (and a video) and added it to some of my other gifs. I used the Happy Mothers Day 2017 flower in a card and a few other places. This is also the first year that I’ve used it in an on-screen gif (although the video is still up).

I don’t know if it helps or not, but a lot of people on the internet are obsessed with the fact that I was pregnant and have been since I was a teenager. I don’t know if this is a bad thing, but I think that there is a reason why I feel this way.

People ask us all the time for the baby pictures we have for them, the ones we took and have saved so they can have a memory of our baby. The reason we do this is to help people remember us when they see a picture of us. This is a very useful thing to do. Even if you don’t have the baby yet, you will have memories of the baby in your mind. The more people you share those memories with, the more likely they are to remember you.
