A healthy meal is a lot like a good night’s sleep. You wake up in the morning and you have the energy to eat your breakfast, which comes in handy in the evenings. I love the breakfast I have, but one of the good things about breakfast is the fact it’s usually a good choice when I’m in the mood. I usually go to bed before I wake up, so that’s a great way to relax.
