The pain and the muscles are two different things, but there is a way to balance your body stress which means that if you practice yoga and don’t have a problem with the pain, then there is a way to have an orgasm without worrying about being in pain.
This is known as the “no pain no gain” method of sex, and it is one of the easiest ways to get off. After a few hours of intense yoga, your body is just so sore that you can’t really feel your erection, but you can feel it once you get your breathing and relaxation back to normal.
Another way to do yoga, and thus to get the best out of your orgasm, is to do it while you are getting an extreme amount of sweat.
