They put up fake articles about the most ridiculous things politicians have said, but these articles are often completely made up. They don’t actually make it possible to know what a politician has actually said, but they do make it possible to know just how outrageous they think things are.
In other words, you want to know what a politician has actually said. They do not look at the content and simply click through the link to their page. Instead, they are showing their ads. The ad looks like it will be going up again a few days later. But that’s not it. Their ad is about the people who can get the most benefit from the ad. The ads are in a place where people who are actually aware of the ad are getting paid.
That is an awesome way to advertise. I know, it’s not exactly a new concept. But for a company that prides itself on being the least biased ever, that’s pretty impressive. And it’s not just the ads. They are just so obnoxious that it’s hard to believe that the ads are actually being shown to anyone. It’s obvious that they are not trying to get a message across.
The ads that are shown to the people who actually know the ad and are paying attention to it are the ones that are really making money. Its the ones that are being shown to people who just browse around Wikipedia and find the ad and see that they can actually get paid. Its the ones that are being shown to people who are actually paying attention to the ad and are seeing the benefit.
I can understand why the ad creators would want to make money off something like this. It seems to be quite a fun distraction for them too.

As the ad makers know, the vast majority of people are not going to use or try to use your likeness in any particular context. As a result, you’re going to have to work hard and earn a lot of money to make your name or likeness a part of a meaningful conversation or association.
Thats where ducking.com comes in. For a short amount of time, it offers a very easy way to make a name or likeness a part of a conversation, association, or joke. To be honest, I’m not really sure what its purpose is. I guess its purpose would be to make people feel free to use your likeness without paying if they like the idea of doing so.
