We all get caught up in routine. To keep ourselves on track, we have to be able to be aware of what we’re doing. When we’re on autopilot, we tend to act without thinking. Being aware and intentional about what we’re doing can help us move forward.

The bad news is that we tend to act without awareness of our actions and our habits. This is one of the things that has people questioning whether we are even human. A lot of people have tried to fix this by learning to be more aware of how we are reacting to life and other people in our lives.

We have a tendency to automatically blame ourselves for our bad behavior and what we did wrong, without taking a second to think about it. If we are aware of our habits, patterns, and unconscious responses to our actions, we can consciously choose to change them. A lot of the things that we do from our autopilot behavior are unconscious because we don’t even know they are.

It’s better to get more conscious of our behaviors and patterns when we are using the book, but that’s another story.

One way to get more conscious of our behaviors and patterns is by taking a class called “Self-Awareness Training.” Its a six-week, one-on-one, intensive training experience that teaches you to pay attention to your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will learn to identify these automatic responses and learn to consciously choose to change them. It’s a great way to start thinking about what you need to do to change your habits.

I’ve been going to a class for a month now. I find it very helpful and effective. The technique is fairly simple really and so easy to follow. I really like the idea of this method. The class is so much more than just reading a book and going to class, its actually about how you’re going to change the ways you think, feel, and behave with a goal in mind. It’s all about awareness, which is the key to becoming a conscious person.

I’m not sure how much more effective this is, but I would say at least two months is enough time to change a few lives, and that seems like the amount of time to do that.

I suppose being aware of one’s habits, routines, and impulses could be considered a form of self-awareness (or at least a form of self-reflection), but as I said it is very easy to get caught up in your habits, routines, and impulses and forget why you are doing what you are doing. I would suggest you practice the following three things each week to break up these habits, routines, and impulses and give yourself some time to reflect on what you do.

First, get rid of any distractions. If you get distracted by TV, phone, cell phones, or any other distraction, then you will be much harder to take control of your mind. Second, you need to be open to new ideas. If you are not open to new ideas, you will be very hard to control your own mind and your actions in the future will be much harder to predict. Third, you need to be aware of your own thoughts, feelings, and motivations.

And finally, you need to be open to change. We all have our own beliefs, goals, and values. But it is especially important for each of us to be open to change in the future. Change is good. It is the reason we all got into the first place. But we need to make sure that we are open to a new way of life and not just to change.
