I’m on my way to doing a little more self-awareness. I’ve been doing a lot of yoga recently and I’ve been using mindfulness techniques for the last week to try and improve my focus. I’m still going to keep it simple and try to be mindful and aware of what I’m doing. But I’ll also be doing more and seeing my yoga practice as a whole to better understand it.
To be honest though, I do think mindfulness is a very important part of our life. There’s a whole world of stuff that we are doing in our day to day lives that is completely mind-blowing and should be noticed. But it’s so easy to get distracted by the things we should be doing, that we don’t realize how much of a waste it is because our minds are just not being attentive.
You should know that every time you check your email, it’s a sign that you have to do something that is not your favorite. And that is the point of Yoga. It is the practice of being fully present with what you are doing. When you are doing your favorite thing, you are mindful of it, you are very aware of what you are doing, and you are fully present with it.
The fact is that it is one of the few times in your day where you are fully present. Every time you check your email, the only thing you are really doing is sitting on your butt. But that’s a good thing because it means you are fully present.
The fact is that there are many things a person does in the day that they do not need to be mindful about because it is not really that important. But sometimes it is important to make sure that we are paying attention to what we are doing, and when we are not paying attention to it, we are just thinking about it.
The problem with not paying attention is that it is easy to get distracted. We can be distracted by checking email, playing video games, and many other things. But a person who is fully present is not distracted.
I think it is really important to fully engage with what we are doing and why it is important, but there’s no harm in making sure we are paying attention to it.
We are often distracted by things that are “not important”. The problem with being distracted is that it makes it hard to do the important things. To avoid distraction, we take one small step at a time, and we ask ourselves what is important to us, and what are we doing instead.
In the case of cycle akhilesh yadav, its a small step, but it is one that will take us on a path towards a much more important task. It is a part of the path to doing the right thing in the right way.
