We don’t cook with a vacuum sealer in our kitchens. We don’t throw raw meat in the microwave. Our food comes from local farmers and farmers markets. Buy locally whenever you can, and avoid the mass-produced stuff.
One of the worst things about mass-produced food, especially in the US, is that it is usually made with GMO ingredients.
