What I’ve been doing to make sure my new life lives better is doing things my way. One of my biggest goals is getting rid of the old, useless garbage that I’ve been putting out about my life. I just need to deal with it.

Ive always been the type to avoid the issue of clutter. Ive been told that clutter is an epidemic that has no basis in reality. That we all need to be more intentional about what we keep in our homes, in our closets, in our pockets, in our purses, in our cars. Candace Parker is the founder of the “Dirty Dozen” campaign, which focuses on the problem of clutter and how you can clean, organize, and simplify your life.

I recently saw Candace’s Facebook post. It was a beautiful and heartfelt account of the work she’s put into her website and how she’s been able to overcome some of the negative effects of clutter and clutter itself. You can also read Candace’s blog, which covers similar topics. It’s also a great place to read a lot more about Candace.

I can’t believe it was just an idea.

I don’t know about you, but I am constantly finding myself looking at my phone to see what we’re doing. And I love it. I find myself doing all kinds of things because it’s there, and I’m not even aware of it.

As I mentioned in a previous post, we sometimes take our phones for granted. But here’s a good reason to get rid of them and use your phone less. According to a study by the American Psychological Association ( the average American uses the phone to access the internet 3.2 hours per day. The study also found that the average American has 5.5 minutes of screen time per hour.

According to a study we did a while back, the average American spends about seven hours per day watching television. Granted, that study was done in the UK, but I believe that when it comes to the US, most people just watch the news and movies.

The study also found that watching television is linked with increased stress, depression, and insomnia. While that study was done in the UK, I believe that it’s even more true for the US than it is for the UK. My dad used to call me and say, “I don’t know why you guys are watching TV so much. You should all be at the gym.

Not only is television a major stressor, but many of us have trouble sleeping due to the same reasons. A study done by the American TV research organization found no correlation between TV watching and sleep problems. Some believe that this is due to the fact that people don’t really know what they are watching and don’t necessarily need to sleep, so there is no reason to stop watching if you don’t feel like it. But I don’t buy it.
