There are three types of aversion that I am going to define today. The first is the avoidance of something. The second is the avoidance of something you desire. The third is the avoidance of something that makes you feel good.
When you’re on autopilot for so long that you forget you’re on autopilot and have no control over it, the thing you’ve said to yourself is, “I’m done with this!” It’s like the movie “The Hunger Games”.
I agree that we should all be aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions so that we can control them. In fact, I think the more we are aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, the better. A good way to do this is to get in tune with your emotions. Most of the people I know who are on autopilot are in a bad mood. They can’t control their emotions. They constantly feel sad, angry, or scared.
I agree that the more we are aware of our own emotions, the better. People in a bad mood are much more likely to act on those emotions. So by learning to learn how to act in a positive way, we can become more aware of our own emotions.
We can also be aware of our emotions, but that is more difficult. The good news is that when we learn to change our negative behaviors, we can be even more aware of our emotions. We could be afraid of making a mistake, so we would do everything right. By being aware and then changing our behaviors, we can then be even more aware of our emotions.
The more aware we become of our emotions and the better we understand them, the better we become at controlling them. In other words, the more we learn to act in a positive way, the more positive we will be about the emotions that we are in. The more we learn to change our negative actions, the more we will be aware of the emotions that cause them. The more aware we become of our emotions, the better we can control them.
Let’s face it: We are all human. We tend to act in ways that are not always beneficial to ourselves or others. Sometimes when we think about others negatively, we end up doing the same things that we do to ourselves. So it is entirely possible to become more aware of our negative emotions.
The internet is full of people telling us that we can become more aware of our negative emotions, but when you do, it’s hard to tell what you are really doing. The “awareness” that we are talking about here is just the fact that we are more aware of our negative emotions, not realizing that they are the result of our own actions. This awareness is helpful, but it can also be dangerous.
If we’re in denial, our actions can be dangerous, because the act of being totally oblivious to our negative feelings can be dangerous. So if you are in denial and the act of being totally oblivious is the act of being totally oblivious to your body, then you are in denial.
