I love alexsandra wright. For the past few years, I’ve been a frequent collaborator and frequent guest-speaker at Mindfulness and Life-Wisdom conferences. The focus on mindfulness and life-coaching is what makes such conferences so much fun. We get to talk about all sorts of things, from the joys of meditation to the challenges of life.
A lot of the topics we talk about at Mindfulness and Life-Wisdom conferences aren’t about technology. Of course, these days, technology is always there, but also in a different guise. For example, in a few years, computers will get so fast they will be able to take over our brains, so Ive been speaking at the conference about the need for people to use their bodies to reconnect with their minds.
Ive been very excited to attend Mindfulness and Life-Wisdom conferences lately. I’ve been trying to find a place to speak at some of the conferences, and I’ve ended up trying to get a little deeper into the topic of meditation. There is so much information out there about meditation, and most of it is just plain wrong.
Meditation is the practice of being mindful, and being present with your thoughts. Mindfulness and Life-Wisdom, like meditation, are two different ways of approaching the human condition.
I’d love to hear from you personally, if you know someone who has been suffering from some of the same issues you faced when learning meditation.
Ive recently decided to take a different approach to meditation, and I hope that it works for you. I’ve been exploring the world of meditation and have been reading a lot of books. I’m currently reading the book “Mindfulness in Plain English” by Tara Brach. I am enjoying her approach to meditation, which is to be mindful of the present moment.
Brach’s method is to practice by focusing on what is happening now. She also suggests trying to find a clear and calm state of mind so that you can be more clear about what is happening. Basically, you will pay attention to what is going on right now and let your mind wander. I like that approach to meditation, because it allows you to be more present in the moment.
It’s a bit like the ancient Roman doctor. After a couple of hours of meditation, you will discover that the doctor is looking out for your health. For example, when you read a book, your heart rate jumps, which means that your heart beats more naturally. It also means that you will notice that you are on a different track. This is a pretty big change from the medical treatment of the earlier doctors, though. It really doesn’t make sense for you to take that approach.
It’s like a doctor doing a home check. Its not necessarily the case that you are more present in the moment, but you are more present because you are more present in the moment. You are in the moment, not because you are more awake or even more aware.
