al ra’i

al ra’i is a traditional Lebanese dish, but it also has the potential to be a little more modern, due to its use of chickpeas instead of the more traditional white beans. This dish has the added bonus of being a very easy vegan dish, which makes it perfect for those who are vegetarians and vegan. This dish is a great dish to make during summer because the flavors are so delicious. The chickpeas and tomato sauce create a sauce that is thick and very flavorful.

This dish is also great for vegetarians, as the chickpeas and tomatoes are low on the glycemic index, so they don’t spike your blood sugar as quickly as other dishes.

This dish can be made with any vegetable you like, as long as it doesn’t contain a high amount of fat, sugar, or salt. The only caveat is that it needs to be cooked very well, because the texture is very sticky and difficult to remove once you’ve added it to your meal. It can be made for about 4 people, but is also good for a crowd.

The only downside, which many people have pointed out, is that it will make your meal more likely to taste bitter to people who dont like vegetables. Vegetables can also make it more difficult for your guests to eat, which is a pity, as I’m sure they’d love to try it anyway.

I hear this all the time, but I have to disagree. The texture and taste of this dish actually makes it much more pleasant to eat, though it does make for a bit of cleanup (I think you could probably fit a whole plate of this in your mouth in a minute). It’s also great because its made with local fish from the sea, so the flavors aren’t too strongly flavored and are more like the flavor of a real dish, rather than just a substitute.

For those who don’t know, there is a similar dish called a la rai, which is a dish made with local sea fish that is mixed with black rice and spices. It is also a dish made with rice, and is typically served with fresh vegetables, and a rice noodle. It looks and feels like a much less formal meal, and definitely not as appetizing as the dish Im talking about in this post.
