This is my birthday cake, made from a recipe sent to me by my grandmother for my birthday back in 1962. I’m the third generation of this family to have this cake, from my great-grandmother’s mom to my aunt. I’ve made these cakes in the past for the family Christmas parties, and I always go out of my way to make them last.
My grandmother’s cake was a good idea, but I remember her saying it was too much for her to have the cake (and didn’t want to take it out of her kids). My grandmother made them out of a cake (that was her favorite) so she had to make it herself. The recipe I made was a bit vague and didn’t exactly represent my grandmother’s birthday cake recipe, but I think it was a very clever design for a birthday cake.
I’m wondering if I made it. I’m also wondering if I did not want them to know I had it, or if I just wanted to keep a secret. I was quite surprised when they all asked for the recipe, and I had no idea how they were going to respond.
It’s been quite a while since I’ve made these, so I don’t know if the results are any good or not, but I do know that my grandmother’s recipe is pretty good, and that she does the cake very nicely. It’s a little on the thin side, but the cake is moist and light and just so pretty. It’s a nice recipe, and I’m glad I made a few.
This cake is a bit of a departure from the normal birthday cake, because you have to use fresh flowers for decorating, but the idea behind it is still a good one. The flowers take a little bit of extra effort to get right, but it is worth it.

The birthday cake project was one of the last ones I worked on for this project, which I completed in about 4 hours. It was an easy one for me because I was already familiar with the flower arrangement and needed to only make a few changes. The flowers we used were from a couple that I had on hand, so it was easy for me to figure out what sort of flowers to put in the cake, and what type of flowers to use.
The cake itself was a little tricky because you’re using the same colors for the yellow and white flowers, and the yellow flowers will be on the cake, but the white will be something else. We used yellow roses for the flowers in the cake, as well as a pink rose for the cake itself, and white flowers for the center. Once this is all set up, you can just go ahead and start decorating.
The flowers in the cake were a nice touch, and really don’t have to be. I didn’t want to put the stems on the cake, and I didn’t want it to be too stark white. One thing I didn’t like was that the flowers on the cake seemed to be a bit more muted than the flowers on the cake itself. That’s not the case for the flowers in the cake itself, which are still bright and vibrant.
