The three levels of self-awareness are the most important to me. I think that is the most important way to change myself and my life.

I hope one day I will be able to wake up in the morning, go to the gym, or read a good book and just be present with myself.

But there are a lot of things that you can do to get better at your current job.

The best way to get better at anything is to practice. The same goes for our brain. Try to be present with the things you are doing right now, and instead of just doing what comes naturally to you, try to get up and do something different. That might sound boring, and it is, but in the long run it will help you get better at your current job.
